The Basics: I’ll be turning 21 in October. I’ll be graduating in May with a General Associates. I’m from Knoxville, Tennessee, and currently reside there.
Things I like:
-
Dogs. I love dogs. And cats. And cows. Most animals, really.
-
Sports. Playing them more than watching them but if it’s not golf I’ll probably sit down and watch it with you.
-
Dancing. Swing dancing, line dancing, goofy dancing… I’m here for all of it.
-
Colors. Especially blue and yellow.
-
Choirs. When everyone sings together, such as in a choir, I get the good shivers and I smile.
-
Singing. I’ll sing if you sing. I don’t care if you sound good. I’m listening for passion, not pitch.
-
Food. I’m pretty open to trying almost anything. If I like it, I’ll eat all of it. No crumbs.
-
Teamwork. When everyone is open to hearing different ideas and everyone is productive and work gets done quickly. Ugh. Beautiful.
-
Books. I need to read more. I have a list of books to read but if you have any suggestions, write it in the comments. Any genre. :)
-
Plants. They keep me company.
-
Working out. I enjoy pushing myself. Seeing results. Getting stronger.
-
Sweaters. I probably won’t be bringing one with me since they’re kinda bulky, and that’s one thing I’ll definitely miss.
-
Friends. Especially the witty ones that can hold intelligent banter, and the kind ones that will bring me food unexpectedly and the sarcastic ones that can make me laugh.
-
Sticky notes. They keep my life together.
-
Honesty. Shoot straight with me. I want to know what’s bothering you and how I can fix it. I’m not going to pry. Just tell me as it is.
-
Pictures. Captured memories are a treasure.
Things I don’t like:
-
Roosters.
-
Splinters. I will scream like a child getting their shots. I abhor splinters.
-
When my ponytail holder snaps as I'm putting my hair up. Tragic.
-
Lack of communication.
-
Only taking into account one person’s side of a story.
-
Pridefulness.
- Incompetence. It makes me facepalm. A lot. Please, just, pay attention to the world around you.
